I know it sounds strange ,but Oxy spot cream designed for men actually works really well and makes the spot look less red straight after the first use.

if its not too severe freederm gel is quite good, if its bad enough consider going to the dr as they can give you a solution i cant remmeber what its called but it dries acne right out!
